Actor Rashmika Mandanna, who portrays Srivalli in Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule, made an appearance at a theater in Hyderabad to watch her film.
She was joined by her rumored boyfriend Vijay Deverakonda’s mother, Devarakonda Madhavi, and his brother, Anand Deverakonda.
For the occasion, Rashmika opted for a casual look, wearing a sweatshirt and pants as she arrived at the theater. Vijay Deverakonda was notably absent from the images circulating online. Rashmika reprised her role as Srivalli in Pushpa 2. On Tuesday, she shared behind-the-scenes photos from the sets of Pushpa: The Rule, expressing her gratitude to Allu Arjun, director Sukumar, the crew, and the fans.
“Pushpa 2 releases tomorrow, and I am overwhelmed with emotions,” Rashmika wrote. “It’s incredible to feel so personally connected to this team and the film. I’ve never experienced a movie affecting me in this way before, and on the eve of its release, I’m feeling emotions I’ve never felt about a film.”
She continued, “Pushpa began in 2021, but for me, it started much earlier during the COVID-19 period. I remember the team coming to my house to train me in the Chittoor dialect. From the first day on set for Pushpa 1 to the long shoot of Pushpa 2, I’ve been talking about Pushpa every single day for the past five years.”
Reflecting on her journey with the team, Rashmika added, “Sukumar sir, from not knowing how to approach him to now feeling so emotionally connected to him. Allu Arjun sir, from being too nervous to even speak to him, to now seeking him out on set to make sure the shot is okay. Kuba sir, the man of few words, but when he smiles, you know the shoot is going incredibly well.”
“These people mean so much to me! I’m so proud of everything we’ve achieved—from where we started to where we are today. Team Pushpa, I love you all! I’m proud of how hard we’ve worked, what we’ve created, and how in sync we all are. I love it!” she concluded.
